Our Student Sponsorship program is pooled — your gift supports all sponsored students, not one individual child. This lets us direct resources where they're needed most and protect every child's privacy.
What is a Student Sponsorship?
A Student Sponsorship gives a child what they need to show up and stay in school. That means a backpack filled with supplies, shoes, school clothes, a uniform, and food for the whole family three times a year. Right now, 250 children are counting on this support every single day.
Why are Student Sponsorships important?
Ethiopian families work hard to keep their children in school. But in rural communities, the cost of supplies, uniforms, and food can make that impossible. No mother should have to choose between feeding her family and keeping her child in school.
A Student Sponsorship removes that choice. When a child has what they need, they stay in school. It's that simple.
